We've created an elegant morning menu as decadent as the house itself.
We do not offer a buffet style breakfast at Serviam Guest House. Instead, you choose what when and where you will dine. Preselect your meal, the time you would like it served, and where you would like to enjoy it. Breakfast can be served in your room, in the Formal Dining room, on the deck, or even on trays in bed.
Fork Split sourdough English Muffins, topped with sautéed spinach, crab cakes, poached eggs and our house Hollandaise Sauce. Served with our cranberry orange chutney.
Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes topped with a New Orleans Favorite..Bananas Foster. Firm Bananas sautéed in butter, brown sugar, vanilla bean and spiced rum.
Poached Egg, Virginia Ham, Parmesan Herb Polenta Stacked and Drizzled with our Lemon Scallion Béchamel Sauce
Housemade Corn Beef topped with 2 eggs prepared any way you desire. Served with Toasted Soda Bread
